Shipping

• We ship using USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail International.
• The rates are calculated based on the combined weight of the products in your shopping cart.
• Whenever possible, we will put your domestic or international order in a flat-rate box (up to about 15 yards of cotton quilting weight fabric) or envelope (up to about 7 yards of cotton quilting weight fabric).
• The USPS variable rates are not always the most affordable. In some cases, you might be better off placing 2 orders, so your products go into 2 flat-rate packages. This is especially true of international orders. We will do our best to get the most cost-effective shipping rate for you, however, we cannot guarantee that we will automatically split your order for you.
• We can not assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages. In the event of non-delivery, we will do what we can to help you locate the package by providing label numbers, delivery confirmation information and customs details. We will not reship or refund a lost or damaged package. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the post office.
• If you would like to purchase insurance for your order, please contact us at jentwillo@gmail.com immediately after placing your order.
• We will not falsely claim that an order is a gift on a customs form. We will not alter the value of the merchandise on a customs form.
• Most international orders take 7--10 days to arrive in the destination country, and may then take a few additional days to be delivered to your home.
• Shipping charges do not include customs fees to international destinations.
• If shipping was significantly less than what you paid, we will adjust your order before we process your credit card and/or refund your paypal account. We charge actual rates plus a very modest handling fee of up to .70 for domestic packages and up to 2.00 for international packages. There are several variables that will determine the actual cost of the shipping.
• Please note that if you opt to pay via Paypal echeck, your order will not ship until the check has cleared our Paypal account.

Most cotton quilting weight fabric: 6 ounces per yard
Most home decor fabric: 12 ounces per yard
Most patterns 2 ounces each

Payment

We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard. Our shopping cart is secured by a PREMIUM SSL CERTIFICATE.

We also accept Paypal. If you choose this option, you will be automatically directed to the Paypal website upon checkout.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order and with your experience shopping with us. Our return policy is as follows:

*If you have received the wrong product, we will gladly issue you a refund upon our receipt of the item. These returns must be made within 14 days of the shipping date of your order. We will cover the return shipping cost and any new shipping fees.
*We can not accept returns on sewing or embroidery patterns.
*We can not accept returns on clearance merchandise. If you are unsure, please request a swatch before you order.
*If there is anything missing from your order, please let us know within 14 days from the shipping date of your order.
